Align & Flow
This is an all-levels practice that is great for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. This class will focus on alignment principles, anatomical awareness, and safety helping attendees in integrating these ideas into a moving practice. Create a mindful body awareness that will equip you with the tools to apply these principles both on and off the mat.
Just like the title suggests, this class is accessible to all levels of practitioners. Expect a flow style class with modifications offered to suit your needs that day. Each instructor brings their own style and flair creating a unique experience.
Chair 2 Mat
We sit & breathe, we use the chair as a tool for balancing & standing poses, & we work our way down to the mat for floorwork. The chair is the perfect prop for those who are unable to get up & down off the mat comfortably or for those who need the assistance of the chair when getting up & down off the mat. This is a gentle class for EVERY BODY. Modifications available to meet each student's needs.
This is an all-levels class that will combine movement, breath, and meditation. This practice is perfect for any body-regardless of experience or mobility. All you need is an open mind and a gentle attitude towards yourself. This 60 minute class is free, with an option to make a donation.
This class is a great place to begin your yoga journey or offer your body some rest and recovery. The pace of this class is slower, allowing for more mindful and intentional movements. Expect a class that is easy on the joints while warming up each of the major muscle groups.
Mindful Morning Flow
This 75 minute multi-level slow flow is the perfect way to start your day. This class has an attention to strength and stability, combined with modifications to suit each practitioner. Each class will have mindfulness and dharma teachings weaved into the practice leaving you more aware both mentally and physically.
Move & Meditate
This 75 minute practice is perfect for anyone looking to add a meditation to their practice. This class combines an all-levels yoga flow with a portion set aside for practicing meditation techniques. Each week the focus will change, giving participants the opportunity to experience different styles and techniques that they can use in their daily lives.
This hour long class combines vinyasa yoga with yin yoga, leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed. The vinyasa portion helps to warm up the body and builds a connection between the body's movements and breath. After this, when the body is more susceptible to relaxation, slower and longer held postures are added for the yin portion.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice where deeper stretches and relaxation of the muscles are achieved through longer holds in grounding, passive postures. It is a contemplative practice which targets the deepest tissues of the body--our connective tissues. You will leave feeling lighter, more open, and peaceful.
This class is the perfect place to introduce yourself to yoga or to reconnect with the foundations. Yoga foundations is slower-paced than an all-levels class, and is designed to develop clear and safe alignment in foundational postures. All bodies and experience levels are welcome to explore in this fun and accepting environment.
Join Lesley for this 60-minute class that will bring a zing into your practice. This is a challenging, all-levels flow that offers modifications for beginners as well as seasoned yogis, focused on alignment, breath, and, of course, letting go and having fun. Great music and laughter accompany postures and pranayama for a well-rounded break in the middle of the day.
