Fall Food and Fund Drive
Did you know NC ties with Texas as the 8th highest state in the country with the most food insecurity? Feeding America reports that 1 in 6 of our neighbors here in northwest NC may struggle with hunger this year. Together, we can give back and feed our neighbors.
Join us for the month of November as we raise funds and food for the Second Harvest Food Bank of northwest NC. Bring along a donation to your next appointment or next yoga class and help us give back to our community.

This month we are showing our friends how grateful we are for them. Grab a friend and check out one of our classes at the studio between November 15th and November 20th. They can attend the class for just $5!
Discount may be used once per person. Each regularly priced attendee may bring one friend per class.
Wrap up Friendsgiving with a Partner Yoga Class with Caitlyn. Grab a friend, family member, or partner and join us on Monday, November 22nd at 5:30pm!
Share your practice, try something new, and be prepared to laugh a lot! This class is accessible to all-levels of practitioners, regardless of yoga experience. This class will include a variety of postures and modifications so there will be something for everyone.
Class is only $20 per pair.
Pints and Poses
Join Caitlyn at Goofy Foot Taproom in High Point for an all-levels yoga class on Sundays at 12:30pm.
Class is $10 and the price includes the yoga class and a beverage of your choice.
Caitlyn will be teaching 9/19, 10/3, 10/17, and 11/21 alongside other wonderful instructors from our community who will teach the rest of the Sundays this month. Come out each Sunday and experience a fun class by your local yogis at one of the coolest spots in town!
