New Weekly Classes!

Join Leah Gallimore Fridays at 9am for Pilates beginning 9/10

We are so excited this limited 4-week pilates series! This class is included in all class packages and memberships, and has the same $12 drop-in price as our other classes.

Colorful Crystal

Chakra Yoga Series

Join Caroline in this 7-week series to explore the 7 chakras using crystals, essential oils, music, meditation, and yoga.

Each of these elements aid to clear, balance, and strengthen the energy that naturally flows through you. 

All-Levels Flow Series:

Saturdays

October 2-November 13

11:15am-12:30pm

Chair Series:

Wednesdays

October 6-November 17

3:30pm-4:45pm

Sign up for either all-levels or chair by September 18th and receive all 7 classes for $105, or pay $125 for all 7 after that date. Drop-in price: $20

Pints and Poses

Join Caitlyn at Goofy Foot Taproom in High Point for an all-levels yoga class on Sundays at 12:30pm.

Class is $10 and the price includes the yoga class and a beverage of your choice.

Caitlyn will be teaching 9/19, 10/3, 10/17, and 11/21 alongside other wonderful instructors from our community who will teach the rest of the Sundays this month. Come out each Sunday and experience a fun class by your local yogis at one of the coolest spots in town!
