We offer a variety of approaches to therapeutic healing and personal wellbeing through our many service offerings. Providing a unique blend of Eastern and Western expertise, our therapists aim to fulfill the Willow Wellness Center mission of practicing mindful meditation in every act we do.

  • Willow Wellness Center offers 60, 90, and 120-minute massage services. Each session is fully customized to fit each client's unique needs.

  • Traditional Thai Massage with Caitlyn

    Thai massage is an ancient style of massage that combines pressure point therapy, rhythmic compressions, and assisted passive stretching to reduce muscle tension, increase range of motion, and promote relaxation. This service is performed on a large floor mat while you are completely dressed in comfortable clothing.

    You'll leave this session feeling like you've gone to your massage therapist, acupuncturist, and a yoga class all in one.

  • Caroline Kolbet, Reiki Master, offers personalized Reiki sessions and foot Reflexology to meet each client's needs. The environment is safe & sacred so the focus can be on healing the mind, body, & spirit through energy work.

    Caroline is the owner of Shine Bright Reiki. She operates her Reiki business independently inside of Willow Wellness Center and handles all appointments and payments personally. Contact her at ckolbet@outlook.com

  • Relaxation at Corporations & Events

    We offer outcall chair massage for businesses, fairs, parties, corporate gifts, grand openings, and other wellness events! These sessions are offered by licensed Massage Therapists who will bring along all supplies needed to bring massage to you!

Class Descriptions

  • This is an all-levels practice that is great for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. This class will focus on alignment principles, anatomical awareness, and safety helping attendees in integrating these ideas into a moving practice. Create a mindful body awareness that will equip you with the tools to apply these principles both on and off the mat.

  • Just like the title suggests, this class is accessible to all levels of practitioners. Expect a flow style class with modifications offered to suit your needs that day. Each instructor brings their own style and flair creating a unique experience.

  • We sit & breathe, we use the chair as a tool for balancing & standing poses, & we work our way down to the mat for floorwork. The chair is the perfect prop for those who are unable to get up & down off the mat comfortably or for those who need the assistance of the chair when getting up & down off the mat. This is a gentle class for EVERY BODY. Modifications available to meet each student's needs.

  • This is an all-levels class that will combine movement, breath, and meditation. This practice is perfect for any body-regardless of experience or mobility. All you need is an open mind and a gentle attitude towards yourself. This 60 minute class is free, with an option to make a donation.

  • This class is a great place to begin your yoga journey or offer your body some rest and recovery. The pace of this class is slower, allowing for more mindful and intentional movements. Expect a class that is easy on the joints while warming up each of the major muscle groups.

  • This 75 minute practice is perfect for anyone looking to add a meditation to their practice. This class combines an all-levels yoga flow with a portion set aside for practicing meditation techniques. Each week the focus will change, giving participants the opportunity to experience different styles and techniques that they can use in their daily lives.

  • This hour long class combines vinyasa yoga with yin yoga, leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed. The vinyasa portion helps to warm up the body and builds a connection between the body's movements and breath. After this, when the body is more susceptible to relaxation, slower and longer held postures are added for the yin portion.

  • On Tuesday nights at 5:30pm you can Join Erin Betlej-Stocksdale for a 60-minute class focused on releasing those tight hips!

    Yoga for Hips is a well-rounded flow yoga class is for all levels. Each week takes an "around the world" tour of the hips: opening the front, sides, and back of the hip joint. Rather than sequencing to a peak pose, the intention of this class is to mobilize the hip joint in all directions.

  • Join Lesley for this 60-minute class that will bring a zing into your practice. This is a challenging, all-levels flow that offers modifications for beginners as well as seasoned yogis, focused on alignment, breath, and, of course, letting go and having fun. Great music and laughter accompany postures and pranayama for a well-rounded break in the middle of the day.
